Of all the complications of untreated depression, suicide is the most tragic. It has often been called "a permanent solution to a temporary problem". In the midst of depression it can begin to look like the only option left.
On the downside, it has become a common trait amongst the teens. Reasons are often given as lack of understanding ability of parents. This should come as a wake up call for teen parents to develop a patient approach towards the developing child.
Better step back and take a good look at your child. Depression comes from within. Is it depression or oppression that affects your child. They both have the same symptoms.
